Frequently Asked Questions

Is Nōwn compatible with my existing hardware?

It’s very likely that Nōwn will play nice with the printers, scanners, credit card readers, and equipment you already have. Contact us at sales@nownpos to find out if your hardware makes the grade.

How does the loyalty program work?

Customer points are automatically redeemed, this occurs when they reach the required threshold, no action on your end is required and the details of the point breakdown can be found below. You can specify in your POS settings specifically which items you want to be redeemable for points.

Collecting points: 10 points earned for every $1 spent.
Redeeming points: 100 points for every $1 discount.

I want to use Nōwn on an iPad, how do I do that?

You’ll be able to get the system up and running either by downloading our iPad app from the App Store or by using our web-based application.

What if I need to purchase hardware?

Nōwn has a hardware partner that we can connect you with in order to acquire our recommended hardware bundle that will provide the best results. If you wish to be connected, please reach out to your sales contact.
